Except for the Tax Court, most judges do not have the necessary subject matter expertise necessary to deal with what's going to happen. And, it's not going to happen overnight. It's the old frog in boiling water analogy. It'll start slow and then become overwhelming. When the Supreme Court issues harmful decisions the impacts are momentous and not in a good way.
