Without the raw data concerning the actual number of assaults of ICE agents and threats, the percentages are meaningless. If you have 5 units and then get another 5 units you have a 100% increase. If the total possible units is 10,000 this "increase" is not statistically relevant.
This is weaponized gaslighting. I can hardly wait to see what happens when ICE has met its hiring and training goals with the enormous budget increase provided by the OBBBA.
